Born in Guangzhou, China, Stacy moved to Vancouver, BC at the age of four and grew up in Vancouver's Eastside in the Strathcona, Grandview and Fraser neighbourhoods. Stacy's interest in real estate was sparked at a young age when her family transitioned from one home to the next. She remembers going along with her dad to open houses: "Some of my fondest memories with my dad were going to different houses hunting for our 'dream home' and daydreaming about which bedroom would be mine." With those memories in mind, she understands that the entire process of buying or selling a home is an experience. "It's not just another sale, I always remember that there is a lot at stake. Buyers are looking for their dream home and sellers are selling an important part of their world. As their personal realtor, I believe it is an honour to be of assistance in helping them make decisions that are best for them. It can be exciting, emotional, and stressful all at the same time. My goal is to make the experience as enjoyable, smooth, and stress free as possible for my clients. I work very hard at my practice because I want each of my clients to be confident of two things - they are working with the best and that I will do everything within my power to help them become successful."
Her Footprints in Real Estate
Stacy launched her real estate career in 1995. She worked in project marketing and helped successfully sell out some of Downtown Vancouver's most recognizable landmark developments such as The Residences on Georgia (1200 & 1288 W Georgia), The Palisades (1200 & 1288 Alberni Street), and The 501 (501 Pacific Street), to name a few. She transitioned into residential resale real estate in 1997. Once again, her level of service and performance stood above the crowd. Within her first full year selling residential real estate, Stacy ranked in the top 7% of all realtors in Greater Vancouver of over 7000 realtors. She has been awarded membership to the MLS Medallion Club multiple years as well as the prestigious RE/MAX Platinum Club for excellence in sales performance. In 2005, Stacy was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, a lifetime achievement recognition awarded by RE/MAX International.
